Circumstances:	He timidly approached me you could seee he really wanted to but was a bit precousious. I called my partner to bring some cat biscuits down because I didn't want to lose him. He had no collar and was really eager to eat the biscuits he couldn't wait for me to put them down. His skin was terrible and was more than grateful for a nice scratch all over! I'm gonna go back tomorrow and see if he u there then I will call rspca his skin is that bad! A beautiful cat I might say x
